As the Director of HCP Marketing in our Immunology department, you'll play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives. Accountabilities:

As the Director of HCP Marketing, you'll be responsible for leading the definition, design, execution, and measurement of brand strategy with a prioritized focus on the Healthcare Professional Customer segment. You'll spearhead the development and implementation of strategies for healthcare professionals (HCPs), devise promotional and tactical plans, and adopt an omni-channel approach to programs. You'll also collaborate with various teams to align initiatives to brand strategy and in-market executional needs.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; preferably in business, marketing or the sciences

  • 8+ years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience; preferably in a related industry

  • 4+ years of Pharmaceutical Marketing and Promotions experience

  • Experience leading brand strategy and aligned execution

  • Successful delivery of strategic and operational plans within a therapeutic or business area

  • Demonstrated experience in working within cross-functional business units essential

  • Strong financial skill with the ability to assess and get results

  • Strong understanding of local healthcare system pricing and reimbursement

  • Ability to successfully lead through ambiguity

  • Demonstrated Learning Agility

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Advanced Degree in business, marketing, or the sciences

  • Experience related to Rheumatology or similar specialty marketing

  • Experience with digital or omnichannel marketing

  • Knowledgeable in Market Access

  • Experience with Insight based segmentation

  • Launch and product life cycle – managing in-line delivery while developing launch strategies for line extensions
