Job Title: Communications and Change Lead External Expert Engagement Services (E3S)

Introduction to role:
Join our dynamic External Expert Engagement Services Team, a service tower within Global Business Services – Compliance, Legal and Contracting Operations (CLCO) at AstraZeneca. We leverage a combination of technology, standardised processes and managed services to support the organisation with managing compliant contractual relationships between AZ and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organisations (HCOs). In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a greater impact with the power of technology. You will develop and deliver comprehensive change management and communications strategies that drive engagement, adoption and consumption of process, organizational and technology changes. 

Accountabilities:
You will collaborate with leaders across the business to enable the evolution of the organization through change agility. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining change management tools, templates, guidance and resources. Additionally, you will run training sessions and workshops to educate colleagues on how to apply change management in their own role.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Expertise in change management, with a proven record of delivering successful global change projects.

  • Experience building out and implementing a change management strategy, framework and training plan in complex environments

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives

  • Highly skilled at facilitation and information gathering.

  • Proficient at crafting compelling and aesthetically pleasing presentations

  • Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language and in alignment with AZ business

  • Strong organizational awareness, business acumen, and customer orientation.

  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to advise and engage teams to achieve strategic objectives

  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills to analyse and resolve sophisticated called out issues

  • Ability to build strong and credible relationships with excellent communication & interpersonal skills across levels

  • Extensive experience of working in multi layered teams in a global environment

  • Ability to adapt to constantly changing needs with an open and constructive mindset

  • Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Educational Degree

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Formal qualifications in change management, project management, and/or process improvement methodologies.

  • Experience of working in a global organisation with complex/geographical context.

  • Pharmaceutical experience.

  • Project management skills in delivering internal projects and with external partners.

  • Experience leading people through change

  • Experience in Agile methodologies and change frameworks is a plus
