We are looking for a multifaceted individual to join our Global Talent & Development function, playing a key role in driving and building a culture of lifelong learning and development. This role is based in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Accountabilities:
As a T&D Transformation and Change Lead, you will be responsible for inspiring change initiatives and leading transformation efforts to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of our T&D function. You will develop and implement change management strategies, engage with key collaborators, deliver effective communication strategies, and identify training needs to build change management capabilities.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related
- 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformational leadership roles, with a focus on learning and development or HR
- Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals
- Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and standard processes
- Experience in training and capability building, performance measurement and continuous improvement

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is desirable
- Experience of working in a global organisation with complex/geographical context
