We are growing our Operations and Technology Solutions team, a key part of our global Talent & Development function. We are now hiring a T&D Impact and Benefits Realization Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring that the investments made in talent and development programs yield tangible benefits to the organization. The role requires strategic thinking, project management expertise, and strong leadership skills. The location of the role is Guadalajara, Mexico.

Accountabilities:
In this role, you will develop an impact measurement strategy, conduct data collection and financial analysis, identify and quantify benefits, prepare impact reports, identify opportunities for improvement, engage stakeholders, and assess risk. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and foster a culture of benefits realization excellence.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in benefits realization management or a related role
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives
- Proficient in project management software and tools, as well Microsoft Office

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE 2)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar
