In this role, you will bridge the gap between our SET area businesses and innovative learning technologies. Your main responsibility will be to analyze the learning technology needs of our business and recommend suitable learning technology solutions to enhance their learning and development initiatives that drive business outcomes. You will work closely with multi-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the learning experience and improve the utilization of the global learning technology platforms.

Accountabilities:
Your role will involve Business Learning Technologies Needs Assessment – Collaborating with partners, including learning and development teams, subject matter experts and IT professionals to understand business needs and how to translate them into effective learning technology solutions. You will also be responsible for Solution Consultation and Development – Designing and developing learning technology solutions that align with the business goals, leverage and optimize the learning ecosystem and identify any niche technology gaps if necessary.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in the design, development, and implementation of learning technology solutions
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), learning experience platforms (LxP), learning content management systems (LCMS), and other relevant learning technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business leaders, vendors, and internal collaborators

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience working in a complex global organization
- Experience with Degreed, Xyleme, Cornerstone SBX
