The Workplace Enablement function within the Workplace & Enterprise Services function is accountable for Collaboration tools, services and partners and is responsible for the value realization from our Service Management platform. This role has a lead accountability for the Collaboration Business Services (Visual Workspace, eSignature and Planning tools) and responsibility for the Workplace Enablement relationship with non-Microsoft partners such as Box, Adobe, Smartsheet and Miro. This role enables our business colleagues to generate value, by defining standards, operating governance with guardrails and driving exploitation such that we move from IT ‘owning’ technology towards IT being the ‘custodian’ of technology.

Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be accountable for ownership and accountability for the Business Collaboration services, including budget, contracts, service management and operational excellence. You will govern the upgrades and compatibility of Business Collaboration services to ensure seamless upgrades to the business and new functionality and capabilities are introduced effectively. You will simplify the environment so our technology is current and delivers a great customer experience. You will engage with key Stakeholders and Customers to ensure these technologies meet customer needs. You will deliver service improvements to these technologies to ensure they are simple and effective to use. You will handle our technology partners effectively to ensure AZ is on the forefront of technology innovation, both benefiting from and crafting our partners roadmaps.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Significant IT experience in Leading Global Services
- Must have experience in managing and delivering End User Services with a solid technical understanding in this area, underpinning a strong service and customer experience focus.
- Must have managed large upgrades and implementations of technology solutions in a global company.
- Must have managed budgets
- Must have experience of taking care of Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience working in the Biopharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry
- SDLC, Agile & Scrum methodologies
- Leading large global teams
