We are now looking for a Quality ManagerSpecialistforthe NPI release team to help us manage release and launch of NPIsfrom external suppliers. What you’ll do
As a Quality ManagerSpecialist,you will supportthe setup of new product release flows of new products from ‘Contract Manufacturing Organisations’ (CMO’s) and establishrelease for the product into BAU within EQ. This is a diverse and interesting role working with contractors and a broad range of AstraZeneca internal sites and functions. You will collaborate with colleagues and customers across many countries and interact cross-functionally with supply chain, technical, regulatory and project teams in AZ.
Essentials
Master's degree in a science / technical field such as Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or Engineering.
Proven broad experience in either the pharmaceutical operations environment or pharmaceutical Quality Assurance role
Strong demonstratedexperience of release processes, the quality event process, change control process and associated systems –EUSAP, NAM SAP/GQCLIMS/EQV
Strong demonstrated knowledge of cGMPs, Quality Systems and the pharmaceutical supply chain environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills [English and local language(s)]
Demonstrated experience leading projects and working cross-functionally.
Strong problem solvingskills
Strong negotiating/influencing skills
Ability to work independently under their own initiative
Ability to be in the office, minimum 3 days/week
Desirable
Experience working in a PCO/PET organization or Lean/Six Sigma training
Multi-site / multi-functional experience
