We are now looking for a Quality ManagerSpecialistforthe NPI release team to help us manage release and launch of NPIsfrom external suppliers. What you’ll do

As a Quality ManagerSpecialist,you will supportthe setup of new product release flows of new products from Contract Manufacturing Organisations’ (CMO’s) and establishrelease for the product into BAU within EQ. This is a diverse and interesting role working with contractors and a broad range of AstraZeneca internal sites and functions. You will collaborate with colleagues and customers across many countries and interact cross-functionally with supply chain, technical, regulatory and project teams in AZ.

Essentials

  • Master's degree in a science / technical field such as Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or Engineering. 

  • Proven broad experience in either the pharmaceutical operations environment or pharmaceutical Quality Assurance role

  • Strong demonstratedexperience of release processes, the quality event process, change control process and associated systems EUSAP, NAM SAP/GQCLIMS/EQV

  • Strong demonstrated knowledge of cGMPs, Quality Systems and the pharmaceutical supply chain environment. 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills [English and local language(s)]

  • Demonstrated experience leading projects and working cross-functionally.

  • Strong problem solvingskills

  • Strong negotiating/influencing skills

  • Ability to work independently under their own initiative

  • Ability to be in the office, minimum 3 days/week

Desirable

  • Experience working in a PCO/PET organization or Lean/Six Sigma training

  • Multi-site / multi-functional experience
