Role description

Diagnostic manager ensures the timely, high quality in-market companion/complementary diagnostics and testing solutions to enable optimal patient identification and treatment throughout the patient journey.  It includes providing insights into the core cross-functional team, interacting with key HCPs. Diagnostic manager is to work in appropriate coordination with the cross-functional team have diagnostic understanding and deliver education as appropriate to internal and external stakeholders and execute on tactical plans with scientific expertise of the testing environment and disease/biomarker to help support clinical and diagnostic questions to facilitate optimal testing, removal of barriers and advance the scientific development of appropriate testing solutions as needed.

Typical Accountabilities

An important element of the role is to develop diagnostic strategies & tactical plans and establish long-term partnerships with relevant Oncology stakeholders & decision makers in the complex Oncology ecosystem, based on a deep scientific understanding of diagnostic tests and the clinical operational issues on the testing pathway. Additional key element of this role is to optimize testing pathway by improving testing environment and build capability in internal and external stakeholders.

Skills

- Experience of broad range of diagnostic, commercial, or medical working at pharmaceutical company. Experience in Oncology is preferred.

- Strategic thinking, analytics, and effective project management skills

- Excellent collaboration, communication and organizational skills in working with cross-functional team

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degrees and above

- Language: Good command of English

- Work Experience: 3~5 year experience of marketing or medical in pharma industry (Must)

- Oncology experience: (Must)

- MSL experience: (Preferred)

- Competencies: Strong drive for results, Strategic business planning and project management, Good interpersonal communication
