Accountabilities:

In this role, you will provide generalist HR advice on a range of employment-related matters. You will work directly with managers on any workforce concerns, applying knowledge of HR processes and policies. You will collaborate with colleagues located in Global and Regional HR Centre and HR Services teams in other countries to resolve issues and identify sustainable solutions to enhance the employee experience and customer service. You will deliver sound generalist HR support, acting as a key point-of-contact and a trusted partner. You will work on projects/activities related to the business units people plans as determined by the HR Solutions Manager. You will deliver and execute HR processes in a uniform and efficient manner. You will support HRBP’s with Performance Management, Reward, Employee Relations, Change Management, Compensation and Workforce Planning processes. You will provide workforce data and insights that inform decision making. You will actively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Ability to think analytically and effectively problem solves using creative solutions
  • Practical and proven experience providing HR advice to colleagues and senior leaders
  • Technical HR knowledge/skills associated one or more of the following disciplines - Resourcing, Performance & Reward, Employee Relations, L&D, organisational change
  • Attention to detail; accomplishes tasks and processes accurately and completely
  • Effective communicator and able to build relationships quickly
  • Ability to prioritize workload within a matrixed team environment
  • Someone with a life-long learning mindset and constantly drives their personal development
  • Enjoys working as part of a lively and hard-working team
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness to change
  • Proven project management capability
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Knowledge and understanding of HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow)
  • Pharma experience
  • Experience in managing/interacting with a sizeable internal customer base
