What you’ll do
The Market Access and Pricing Manager will lead the development and implementation of innovative Market Access and Pricing strategies and tactics for AZ SKUs in BPJS as per business plan.
The Market Access and Pricing Manager will work closely with Marketing and Medical team to identify decision makers and identify the needs and develop engagement strategy accordingly. The Market Access and Pricing Manager will lead stakeholder management process
The Market Access and Pricing Manager will work closely with Global Pricing and BU to develop pricing scenario (Business Case) and lead the process to get internal approval as per Pricing Governance timely.
The Market Access and Pricing Manager will manage end to end business cycle of BPJS listing and fully compliance with timeline and contract.
Develop Indonesia industry leading capabilities in market access and pricing
Conduct activities and interactions consistent with Company values and in compliance with the Code of Conduct and Policies. Complete all required training on the AZ Code of Conduct and supporting Policies on time. Report potential issues of non-compliance.
Essential for the role
Apothecary Degree or Bachelors Degree in Science.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical market access with good track record of effective pricing and access strategy.
Demonstrable success within Market Access
In-depth understanding of local healthcare system pricing and reimbursement
Proven ability to understand, assimilate and communicate scientific information and Health Economic Outcomes data
Demonstrable expertise in financial modelling and/or analytics preferred
Basic Pharmaceutical Marketing and/or Medical experience
Proven track record of engaging and developing lasting relationships with a broad base of key stakeholders in complex clinical environments, e.g., mid, and senior-level healthcare professionals, key accounts, and the medical community
Proven track record in influencing the stakeholder decision-making process in an ecosystem with multiple influential players/decision makers, with a proven track record of creating value in complex DMU
Proven track record of strategic thinking, judgment, and persuasion/negotiation skills
Strong leadership attributes to set direction, generate commitment, balance short- and long-term needs, constructively resolve issues and successfully collaborate in complex cross-functional teams
Desirable requirements
In-depth understanding of the patient’s journey
Knowledge of the TAs in AstraZeneca’s portfolio
Strong focus on effective decision-making and results
Clear evidence of innovation leading to success
Good knowledge of the national political and economic situation
