As a medical sales representative you will be responsible for promoting AstraZeneca's products using sales techniques effectively, to ensure that customers have adequate knowledge of the benefits of the company's products and to provide customers with service at the level required by the company.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains and updates their knowledge of products and sales skills by studying the teaching materials passed on by management. They participate in courses, conferences, seminars and congresses according to the instructions of the manager.

  • Regularly maintains contact with for the purpose of selling AZ products.

  • Plans and complete visits and meetings with customers in accordance with the current, approved campaign, according to the TBA and according to the instructions of his manager.

  • Effectively uses entrusted promotional means and records their use. 

  • Performs an analysis of its region in terms of sales potential and the use of this potential.

  • Regularly updates and complements the customer database in its region and thus maintains an accurate list of target customers in order to streamline marketing activities.

  • Responsible for effectively promoting AstraZeneca products to customers (doctors, pharmacies) and meeting sales targets in the geographic region.

  • Implements their individual sales plan always in accordance with company standards and policies.

  • Behaves ethically within the AIFP certification, adheres to internal regulations and procedures

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • High school/university education

  • Previous experience from the original company at least 1 year

  • Result orientation

  • Sales skills

  • Customer focus

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of territorial planning, analytical skills

  • Working with a computer (MS Office)

  • Basic knowledge of English

  • Driving license B

  • Flexibility

  • Proactivity, independence

  • AIFP certification

  • Experience as a Medical Sales Representative is an advantage
