The Senior Manager, Marketing (Lung) will coordinate the implementation of the HCP promotional brand plans across the EGFR Lung Cancer Franchise, including responsibility for both our in-line business and new indications in EGFRm NSCLC. Key areas of focus for this role include the following: lead the creation and delivery of core HCP assets, development of key brand messaging (ensuring alignment to strategy), roll out of core materials to sales team, non-personal promotion support and market research guidance. The role will require collaboration with the Sales, Insights & Analytics, Field Marketing, Access, and Diagnostics teams. It will play a meaningful role in the execution of the marketing plan across indications.

This position will report directly to the US Head of Marketing, Lung and will work closely with the cross-functional teams. The individual will play a critical role in the execution of our marketing plan across current and future indications.

This position is based at our Gaithersburg, MD campus, headquarters for our US Oncology.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead development and execution of HCP promotional plan across applicable channels (e.g., field promotional assets, non-personal promotion).

  • Strategically improve content and partner with the cross-franchise team to elevate operational efficiency and performance of the content.

  • Partner seamlessly with customer-facing teams (Sales, ODM, ONE, Regional Marketing) to customize offerings based on regional and local needs.

  • Develops and delivers key presentations on HCP promotions to leadership and sales team

  • Support indication lead for core messaging / CVA development and updates

  • Manage indication budget and associated processes.

  • Lead the tactical elements of the annual operational planning process in partnership with agencies and cross-functional partners.

  • Supports across-indications initiaves (e.g. consumer, congress, etc.)

  • Lead field input and engagement to inform promotional messaging, tools, and resources.

  • Handle partner agency relationships, workflow, and expense budgets

  • Work with internal and external partners to define success metrics and analyze the performance of marketing programs on an ongoing basis, ensure plans are optimized as needed to improve impact and develop recommendations for plans based on resulting measures.

  • Ensure legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of all marketing materials.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with experience in one or more of the following: HCP marketing, digital strategy, market research/analytics, tactical planning, brand marketing or sales

  • Effective communication and cross-functional teamwork skills

  • Driven to be proactive, strategic, and innovative.

  • Ability to run multiple complex projects.

  • Proven ability to lead without authority.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's Degree.

  • Oncology, rare disease or specialty care experience.

  • HCP marketing experience.

  • Understanding of U.S. Oncology landscape
