We are looking for an Early Access Partner to champion and incorporate the early access agenda in the brand planning and corporate strategy of the marketing company.

What you'll do

  • Development of non-promotional Early Access Strategy for focus products in line with the business objectives across therapy areas

  • Drive implementation of non-promotional Early Access Strategy by designing, developing and implementing Early Access initiatives within the relevant Key accounts which includes setup, implementation, and management of either:

  • Expanded Access Programs (EAP), Named Patient Programs (NPP) through Early Importation Program (EIP), Managed Access Programs (MAP)/Compassionate Use

  • Healthcare ecosystem towards early screening and diagnosis, including, but not limited to multidisciplinary teams

  • Adaptation of new technologies towards early screening and diagnosis

  • Serve as single point of contact for early access related communications with key internal and external stakeholders

  • Coordinate with the internal Launch cross-functional team locally, in the region, and the therapy area experts in developing early access initiatives and engage with the external partners in delivering of the initiatives defined, as planned

  • Monitor and keep score of initiatives and its impact on patients and publish information for supporting communication, government affair interactions and other initiatives.

  • Mentor and guide less experienced team members as needed

  • Prepare project management reports as needed

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science course or equivalent

  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role within Pharma / Hospital institutions

  • Interpersonal & leadership skills with an ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the cross functional team within market and external partners.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including ability to be persuasive and to articulate technical concepts in an easy to understand manner.

  • High influencing and negotiation skills to integrate healthcare solutions across the healthcare ecosystem and patient journey.

  • Excellent Scientific knowledge

  • Self-motivated and driven

  • Good project management skill

  • Ability to develop Strategic Partnerships

Desired Requirements:

  • MBA or with project management background or prior experience in clinical research, data management, or regulatory affairs, with at least two years of experience in the monitoring and management of clinical research projects is a plus
