Introduction to Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Global Talent Researcher, where you will provide research and sourcing services to the Talent Scout and Critical Hiring teams. You will deliver high-quality research and sourcing services to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. Specializing in one or more pre-determined critical/niche talent areas, you will build warm, validated pipelines, create market mapping, and provide advice on the appropriate channels available for talent sourcing.

Accountabilities:

As a Senior Global Talent Researcher, you will support the Talent Scouts to identify and develop key talent in pre-determined pipelines. You will conduct research to produce ‘candidate long list’ against active business critical recruitment, within your area of focus. You will also conduct activity to deliver market mapping projects globally and support building talent pipelines for identified roles. You will own the tracking of candidate data, including entry and management in TRM and develop the successful management of candidate pipelines on an ongoing basis.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Strong recruitment and candidate sourcing experience within a similar fast-paced environment
  • Experienced in direct search methodologies (i.e LinkedIn, ATS, CRM) and other recruitment tools to identify and engage with top talent
  • Demonstrable experience of research/mapping for executive level recruitment
  • Inquisitive, Curious personality, enjoys learning and discovery
  • Detail oriented and comfortable with analysing and presenting data
  • Tenacity and resilience
  • Delivery focused
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive approach in addressing obstacles/barriers
  • Team Player – Collaborative style of working, sharing successes with wider team

Desirable

  • Pharma industry knowledge and experience preferred
  • Capability of building credibility with candidates at all levels
  • Educated to degree level
  • Experience of working and sourcing candidates internationally within/for a large global matrix organisation
  • Multilingual would be advantageous to support a global marketplace
  • Research/Mapping experience gained within an executive search environment/function is highly desirable.
