Introduction to Role:
Join us as an Export Switch Manager, a role that is pivotal in providing project planning for supply chain implementation of changes on shared Standard Export packs. Reporting into the International Project and Change Director, you will be responsible for managing artwork changes within the same SKU according to market requirements and executing implementation plans to ensure compliant stock is available on time. This role involves interacting with various teams to ensure the switch plan for supply implementation, stock builds and artwork implementation are progressed accordingly. Accountabilities:
As an Export Switch Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, delivering project objectives efficiently and effectively. You will act as a cross-functional link between different sub-workstreams to deliver the implementation plan smoothly and timely. You will deal with complex problems requiring well-developed conceptual thinking and judgements to find solutions. You will identify risks and propose solutions balancing business needs and costs with a range of issues. You will communicate effectively at different levels and across different functions within the organization and key stakeholders in order to negotiate and influence.
