Corporate Access Manager, Investor Relations

Introduction to role:

Are you ready to be the key interface between analysts/investors and AstraZeneca? As the Corporate Access Manager, you will be the process owner for the corporate access calendar, planning and implementing a wide range of events involving senior leaders in AstraZeneca and influential external partners. You will play a pivotal role in helping the investor relations team develop our company messages to the financial markets. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will carry out business analysis under tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy to support investor engagements. You will proactively develop and manage relationships with key players in the financial community, collect feedback, and contribute to developing messages tailored to financial analysts and investors. You will play a leading role in the planning and delivery of investor/analyst engagements such as AZ quarterly results and investor events, Conferences, Bus Tours. You will also prepare investor communications across a range of media including messaging platforms and media kits. As the content lead for the external-facing AstraZeneca Investor Relations website, you will act as an authoritative resource on investor relations to other functions/sites within the company. Your role will operate on a global level supporting SET and the IR Team. Your dedication will ensure that AstraZeneca Investor Relations maintains its leading ranking in the Institutional Investor Survey.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • High learning agility with experience of working across different functions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience of working with senior leaders both inside and outside of the organization
  • Project leadership experience involving planning and driving both internal and external events
  • Confidence working with various communication media
  • Knowledge of and experience presenting across geographies and cultural boundaries
  • Degree level education or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, finance or other related field
  • Organisational change skills, with experience leading or participating in significant change management initiatives
  • Experience of leading people or teams
