Position Summary 

The Finance Business Partner, reporting to the Iberia Finance Director, is responsible for supporting the business on revenue and opex transactional operations together with Balance Sheet Reviews. This role is accountable for standard processes and procedures follow up, best practices implementations and analysis of the current business together with Financial Shared Services.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Product Patient Caps in Spain: design and implement the patient cap accounting process, automatization SAP solutions and reconciliations for Key Brands and Indications (monthly accounting and reporting, quarterly reconciliations & credit notes generation and any other adjustments follow up)
  • National Caps Portugal: reconcile national cap with MoH and implement credit notes & price adjustments
  • Finance and business partnering support for TAs Leads: P&L set up, business cases analytics, investments requests,etc
  • S&OP and Reporting: demand and supply planning (stocks DSO & obsolesce)
  • Produce ad-hoc reporting requests, Opex dashboards and KPIs reporting and analytics
  • Reconcile balance sheet discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Implement new ways of working and / or new policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting or Auditing and 2 years as Finance Controller
  • Strong SAP knowledge (FI/SD/CO/COPA)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Knowledge of the country’s accounting rules
  • Learning agility, people´s skills and track record in delivering results
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting
  • Advanced English Level
