Job Responsibilities:

  • Customs clearance accuracy
  • Inbound customs declaration lead time/Inbound transportation Lead time collection
  • Customs Declaration form return lead time. 
  • QBR for local declaration lead time and service level 

  • On site person performance review 
  • Local process improvement opportunity dig out 
  • Set up new process to support business growth like RPC reversal/import material return 
  • Production investment project like NISP duty free equipment /New line equipment
  • Local customs clearance process set up when inbound forwarder change/new product launch/Air to sea switch
  • Multiple IDC projects linkage inbound import process setup

  • Customslaws
  • CIQ (China entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureau)regulatory
  • IDC(Institute of Drug Control) drug register documents related
  • Global export control compliance standard( as export Controls Site Support Specialist)
  • Internal GCCA for import and export module
  • Self- inspection for tolling internal management process by 3rd party auditing company
  • Irregularly query or audit for import-export from SHA/Wuxi/ WGQ customs
  • Sensitive topic query like pricing from different function of customs
  • On site annual auditing for free inspection product like from SHA CIQ
  • Support QA compliance regular auditing from WX FDA for tolling
  • Internal tolling process control systemization.
  • Optimize Import tracker in E-do system for inbound shipment to easily capture the date about LT & duty paid & freight cost and related
  • E handbook system promotion to simply tolling HB register, update, closure process.
  • Inbound shipping documents improvement driven to meet the authority requirement
  • Others
  • Compliance and SHE

Education, Qualifications, Experience: 

  • Bachelor degree or above with major in international trade is preferred
  • More than 6 years of experience in customs affairs is required, with basic of supply china knowledge and practices in logistic is preferred.
  • Work well within the team and across sites/countries
  • Relevant work experience in a multi-national pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Certificate for Customs Declaration or logistic related.
  • Tolling material management.
  • Basic trade control knowledge
  • Basic project Management
  • Better communication and team work
  • Good personality and sense of responsibility
