The Life Cycle Management (LCM) Director, Marketing contributes to the development and execution of the pipeline plan for the Respiratory Biologics franchise (Fasenra and Tezepelumab) and leads Brand Strategic Planning for Respiratory Biologics Team. This role reports directly to the Executive Director, for Respiratory Biologics as a member of the Brand Leadership Team.  This role contributes to the development of commercial plans to maximize the value of Fasenra and Tezepelumab as we evaluate opportunities to expand to additional indications beyond asthma.  In this capacity, this person will champion the Respiratory Biologics franchise and help build a pipeline that will maximize the products’ long-term value and potential for patients. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

As the LCM Director, Marketing – this person will represent the US and be accountable for the development and implementation of the LCM strategy for Fasenra and Tezepelumab.  You will contribute to the development of business cases to support Phase 3 and commercial investment decisions including comprehensive insight generation, market analysis, forecasting, and commercial modeling, specific to the US.  Develop US activities for up to 1-year pre-launch including (but not limited to): brand positioning, disease awareness, forecasting, market assessment, customer segmentation, patient journey, qualitative and quantitative research with HCPs/patients/payers, advisory board, and patient videos.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners in GPPS, Pricing & Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Operations. Map the engagement plan for US key external experts and patient advocacy groups.  Attend LCM congresses/conferences and develop a roadmap for customer engagements.  Engage with leadership and in-line marketing teams to ensure alignment of key events/milestones.  Lead Brand Strategic Planning for Fasenra.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business focus preferred) is required; science expertise preferred
  • Knowledge of Biologics and Respiratory Market
  • Understanding of the development and commercialization processes
  • Preferred: Candidate within daily commuting distance to Wilmington, although candidates outside daily commuting distance to Wilmington will be considered
