The Operations & Enabling Team will establish best practice across the Operations site network, Central Operations, and all Enabling Units (IT, Global Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance) as well as the Global Product and Portfolio Strategy (GPPS) Group. Your primary focus will be on serving the Manufacturing site Business and Finance Business Partners as well as providing support to IFS colleagues.

Main accountabilities:

  • Participation in month end closing activities:
    • Preparation of monthly consolidated reports
    • Overview and maintenance of master data and reporting tools
    • Development and coordination of month end closing processes
    • Inventory analysis and reporting
    • Overview and improvement of reporting processes across teams

  • Participation in planning and forecasting activities
    • Coordination of global planning process for Operations
    • Development of reporting templates
    • System and data validation
    • Consolidation, reporting and commenting of forecast
    • Calculating FX exposure
    • Various data analysis

  • Master data management:
    • Acting as data steward for hierarchies across systems

Essential Requirements:

  • 2-3 year of professional experience within finance/data analysis
  • Deep understanding of financial processes
  • Advanced computer skills (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
  • English and Polish (fluent written and spoken)
  • Good analytical skills, eye for detail and ability to develop and coordinate business processes
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Creativity and solution oriented approach
  • Ability to work under time pressure

Nice to have:

  • Experience of managing data collection processes
  • Ability to review and improve existing processes
  • VBA scripting and optimization skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle systems
  • Experience of managing data collection and collation processes with data validation
