Job Responsbilities

1. Manage payroll progress and data management

  • Administrate the payroll (including compulsory national insurances administration) process (i.e. source data preparation; verify the outcomes from the payroll vendor).
  • Responsible for severance pay and year-end tax management
  • Support Remuneration survey
  • Manage HR personnel data including HR master file, employment and termination
  • Provide ad-hoc/regular HR information data or prepare various regulatory reports to Ministry of Labour, social security offices and etc.

2. Benefits management

  • Responsible for various benefit programs such as employees group term insurance, staff loan, retirement pension, medical checkup and various allowances
  • Manage employee annual leaves calculation including reimbursement

3. HR system management

  • Responsible for HR system(workday) :
  • Update the organisation structure within Workday including but not limited to organisational management changes, maintainance of positions, compensation, time, absence and or personal employee information to allow for employee movement and recruitment

Essential Qualification

  • Education

     -University Degree

     -Relevant disciplines or major would be preferred

  • Experiences

     -Min. 5 years or more of related experience

  • Knowledge and Skill

             -Good English both in writing and speaking skills Communication

  • Concern for People

              -Focuses on results, meets or exceeds expectations.

Desirable Qualification

  • Pharma industry experience is preferred
