Purpose of the Job

Drive the business of Diabetes brands

Typical Accountabilities

  • Develop and brand plan collaborating with the cross functional teams and manage critical processes related to business & marketing plans
  • Conduct marketing programs in a timely manner and track business performance regularly working with related functions to achieve the goal
  • Drive market access strategy of brands in planned time.

Functional Capabilities

  • Define business opportunities through deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape
  • Establish a brand building strategy to deliver the business goals
  • Works across all elements of the marketing mix and use appropriate channels of communication. Closely communicate with external agency and sales team to execute marketing programs
  • Analyze and regular update responsible market/product performance and share/report the insight from the analysis
  • Manage market research and public relations plans
  • Develop brand key messages/promotional materials and train sales force
  • Plan promotional expenses and manage budget for assigned marketing programs. Manage product market demand for the stable product supply
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with opinion leaders and key customers through preparing/attending scientific meetings
  • To comply AZ and industry code of conducts, ethics and code of marketing practice

Essential Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degrees and above (major in Biology/Pharmacy preferred)
  • Minimum 5-years experience in pharma industry
  • Strong drive for results
  • Strategic Business planning and project management skill
  • Good interpersonal communication skill
  • Fluent English communication skill (writing and oral)
  • MS office skills (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
