Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Position Type: 12-month contract, full-time

Location: London to Windsor

Career Level: C

Have you been a service leader in your previous roles in the health or medical office environment, hospitality or food service, retail or consumer marketing industries that have been customer facing?

AstraZeneca Canada is looking to employ a confident and positive minded individual who is eager to bring previous customer focused work experience to our field-based role.

  • You will build and execute plans to effectively connect with a large list of customers in your territory
  • You identify opportunities to optimize face to face customer experiences
  • You will support our Diabetes, Cardiovascular, and GI portfolio and educate our valued customers to create positive outcomes for patients
  • Your communication style will easily disseminate product and patient information to physicians, and pharmacists and you will uncover unmet needs and we will develop solutions to meet those unmet needs
  • You will act as a partner to colleagues, head office-based partners and key influencers within your District and Regional Business Unit
  • You will share field insights with your team and head office partners to improve how we work together and accelerate our partnerships with customers
  • Your previous experience will enable you to maintain excellent frequency with a large group of customers by effectively analyzing call report actively and proactively adjusting your schedule
  • Your affinity for people will naturally build strong affiliations with your team and customers ensuring reciprocal working relationships

Your qualifications include:

  • A post-secondary education related to Science or Business
  • Previous territory management experience is an asset
  • Seek challenges for professional growth and development
  • Possess a valid Canadian Driver's license and available to travel to various destinations to visit customers
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
