We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about training, adult education and eager to develop their career within a world class global manufacturer based in Sydney. The key responsibility of this role is to support the delivery of innovative and engaging training programs for manufacturing and supply chain staff, ensuring, compliance with organisational guidelines, policies and procedures.

Reporting to the Learning and Development Technical Manager, you will:

  • Research and identify new technologies and techniques to further improve, tailor and support learning for all internal customers.
  • Actively promote improvements in learning material design and delivery in line with evaluation, feedback and organisational priorities.
  • Provide support to the Learning Centre with maintaining the LMS and Role Based Training
  • Coordinate the supporting activities involved with on-site training including; schedules, booking rooms, co-ordinating attendees, compiling materials, managing attendance records and collation of feedback.
  • Facilitate the employee on-boarding and orientation programs
  • Create and publish training metrics and reports from the LMS for reporting back to the business for compliance and tracking of site, department and individual goals
  • Create digital training content from existing paper-based systems, to fast-track the paperless training vision of the Learning Centre.

  • The ability to develop effective relationships and build strong business partnerships
  • Sound facilitation & presentation skills
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a background in Education would be ideal but not essential
