Purpose of the Job

  Navigate St. III NSCLC market via investigating patient flow, multidisciplinary team dynamics by accounts. Smoothly and successfully commercialize new product into the market with the sophisticated key account planning. Execute Onco formulary listing and drive physicians to prescribe Imfinzi delivering clinical value via Patient Access Program.

Typical Accountabilities

  • Develop Key account plan collaborating with the cross functional teams and manage the partnership & business in the responsible territory.
  • Implement marketing programs in a timely manner and track business performance regularly.
  • Conduct formulary listing in a timely manner for the early patient access.
  • Build up related disease and product knowledge and manage the business risk under the compliance.

Functional Capabilities

  • Define business opportunities through deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
  • Establish a brand building strategy to deliver the business goals
  • Works across all elements of the marketing mix and use appropriate channels of communication.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with opinion leaders and key customers.
  • To comply AZ and industry code of conducts, ethics and code of marketing practice

Essential Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degrees and above (major in Biology/Pharmacy preferred)
  • At least more than 3-year experience of specialty sales in pharma industry(Must)
  • Strong drive for results
  • Strategic Business planning and project management skill
  • Good interpersonal communication skill

Desired skills or requirements

  • MS office skills(Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
