  • The Oncology Commercial Manager is leading the commercial team of Strategic Account Managers to drive optimal outcomes for patients who can benefit from our innovative oncology medicines and to establish AZ as a leader.

  • The Oncology Commercial Manager will ensure sales forecasts and operational budgets are met or exceeded within Oncology portfolio on the Oncology Specific Accounts by inspiring ownership, accountability, initiative, and engagement within the entire team by regularly communicating AstraZeneca's vision, business objectives and performance outcomes.

  • The Oncology Commercial Manager will focus the team on developing and maximizing Oncology Specific Accounts through delivering a few high-impact opportunities by identifying issues and implementing customer-specific approaches based upon their needs and preferences. You will accomplish this by using robust analytical rigor to frame situations and incorporate new perspectives and ideas.  You will anticipate and remove obstacles so that your teams can deliver results and succeed.

Formal Education

University Bachelor’s degree.

Experience leading Oncology business, either as Senior Sales Rep or KAM is highly desirable.

Experience leading cross functional teams, developing and building organization capability.

Drives results that outperform the market by driving strategic, financial and people performance
